Brig boats are designed by a team comprising marine architects, hydrodynamic
engineers and stylists to ensure not just superb handling, sea keeping,
stability & safety but also to ensure that aesthetically they keep other
manufacturers firmly in their wake.
A small team of dedicated craftsman builds each boat and one master boat builder
has the overall responsibility for the entire process. So, if in the extremely
unlikely event that a problem should arise then the particular boat can be
traced to the individual and his team who built it.
As designers Brig are bastions of the principles of form follows function. This
could not be more apparent when you see the new and stunningly beautiful Eagle
645. This is a rib whose aesthetics ensures that heads turn in every marina.
But, under all the beauty pounds the heart of a true thoroughbred rib. This boat
is fast. It has been clocked at over 60 knots. Its strong and it flattens out
the waves as if they were a mild inconvenience. The Eagle 645 is the benchmark
for all future Ribs.
Brig has always been innovative. Take a look around at the features you see on
other ribs and in the majority of times Brig were doing it first. Brig utilise
both Hypalon and Mirasol (PVC) for the production of the tubes and we are so
confidant in both materials that a 5 year warranty is offered on both fabrics.
The Mirasol, although considered inferior to Hypalon, is, in fact, a superb
fabric with an exceptional record for durability and longevity. It also offers
the advantage of being considerably cheaper.
