During the Winter months Team Trident have been
working closely
with various Topper sailors and Coaches
and have put into place the best systems
available for the Topper Sailor, easy to use and
giving the control of the sail so that the best
shape and therefore maximum speed can be obtained.
Continual Research & Development
Throughout the season we will constantly be looking at new fittings and products
coming on to the Market and will upgrade these systems to ensure the sailor has
the best available to do the job
(due to the Dinghy Show these will be able to
be bought on line from 7th March pm and don't forget there is
10% off during March)

Harken Kicker
The
kicker is an extremely important tool to shape the sail for maximum
speed.
This is why
Team Trident have designed a kicker using Harken’s Carbo Fiddle to
provide low friction and an adjustable cam cleat easy which can be
easily altered wherever you’re situated on the boat, so you can gain
your deserved speed |

Ronstan Kicker
Our
Ronstan Kicker System uses the Ronstan fiddle block with an adjustable
cleat and a Single Block with Becket both using the 2-stage ball bearing
system, providing consistent performance over the wind, range, ideal for
fine tuning and easy adjustment.

Harken Downhaul
The
New Team Trident impressive 6:1 downhaul system is not only very easy to
get the tension required on the Cunningham but is extremely lightweight.
This system uses small ball-bearing Harken blocks that offer high
working loads; this is the obvious choice for the competitive racer.

The
Trident Harken outhaul system uses a ball bearing cam cleat and
fairlead, 3 small Harken blocks with stainless ball bearings, which
makes it effortless to trim the outhaul enabling you to achieve your
maximum boat speed.
