The Mirror The Facts

- This great little dinghy

designed for the whole family, for the little ones just being introduced
to the fun of boating through to the oldest. There are now 70000 world
wide - a huge success !
- It is light, weighing only 45 kg, and can be easily lifted and carried by two
people - no problems transporting on a car roof or trailer.
- It is very safe and stable due
to its built in buoyancy tanks.
- It is versatile - cruise, row, motor, fish,
sail, race, it can be sailed very easily as single handed dinghy.
- It is simple
to
use but can provide exciting international racing - depending on what you want
…….And you can introduce yourself and family to the art of boat
building !
The Mirror has been designed from the ground up as a small yacht that
can easily be built by a novice using the stitch and glue technique -
similar to the way clothing is made.
The "International Mirror" class dinghy can only be constructed
from a kit supplied by a licensed kit manufacturer.
The components of such a kit follow strict design specifications made to
close tolerances set down by the master patterns used throughout the
world. This ensures that all Mirror Dinghies have the same shape. The use
of the standard kit has maintained both
the quality of design and the resale value of the boats.
The new Mirror is down to weight and has stiff floor panels which are foam sandwiched reinforced
plastic.
